Sometimes the balls will not be cleaning inside the machine and still come out dirty or brown in colour.
This will be due to the machine not being cleaned out like it should have been so the mud and dirt has built up on the inside.
Here we can see the 2 cleaning doors which can be opened once the 4 bolts are loosened.
