The Semi Auto washers will be connected to the elevator and have control over it. When the 2nd times starts and the exit solenoid opens the belt should start.
If it doesn't here could be a few issues.
It could be stuck, Giving the belt a small tug upwards to help it start moving could work, if this is the case then the motor is getting tired and may need changing soon.
The E-Stop button could be pressed which would stop all power
The trip may have gone on the washer control panel.
the Thermal pop out may have activated on the elevator control box
If non of the above seem to be issue, check the capacitor inside the elevator control box to see if that has blown.
