Error 81 is when the Magic Eye sensor cant see any of the balls on the belt delivery system.
Does your machine give a fault code 81 when trying to dispense balls?
Is the hopper full?
Are are balls able to reach the delivery belt?
If so, it's likely that your ball sensor could be out of adjustment, or even dirty. Follow these steps to check operation
