This can be caused by several things.
- The E-Stop switch on the washer is pushed down. It will need resetting
- The trip on the washer is flipped down. Please put back up and try again
- The capacitor has blown so the motor cant stop
- The motor is starting to fail, by giving the belt a little push up can "jump start" it
